Youth Employment

We create individual change through a shift in mindset, behavioural change; empowering individuals to see themselves as overcomers, change makers and problem-solvers. We provide sponsorships to orphaned, underprivileged and vulnerable young adults through skills training to break the cycle of poverty and boost their dignity.

Providing opportunities to unemployed and underemployed youth

Our goals are to train unemployed and underemployed youth in apprenticeship courses with employable skill sets and to empower the economically disadvantaged with a skillset to make them self-employed, independent, and able to care for themselves and their families.

The Foundation’s empowerment programs targets vocational/ apprenticeship training in Plumbing, Building, and construction. Carpentry, tailoring, and a variety of market-relevant skills in centers at semi-urban and rural locations.

Under this program, apprenticeship tools and financial support are provided to enhance job skills and break the cycle of poverty.
